FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. Conduct sequential processing of foci of lichen sclerosus of the vulva from the clitoral region to the posterior commissure, for which a fractional CO2 laser is used in microablative modes: for atrophic vulvar tissue - power 30W, pulse duration 1000 mcs, distance between microthermal zones of damage 1000 mcm, number of stacks is 1. With hyperkeratic and sclerotic foci - the number of stacks is 2-3, one pass is performed, in which the areas of influence do not overlap. Then, 3-4 weeks later, plasma enriched with platelets and hyaluronic acid is injected into the intradermal and subdermal layers of the vulvar skin with 30 G needles 4 mm long, 12 mm long. The total number of combined therapy sessions is 4 with an interval of 3-4 weeks.
EFFECT: method allows stimulating the processes of procollagenesis and the secretion of growth factors, cyto- and chemokines, which, as a result, reduces dryness and dyspareunia, itching and burning, improves the quality characteristics of the vulvar tissue.
