FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: device for immune blood serum mixing with ethyl alcohol in the cold, includes a container for the reaction mixture, capillary mixers with a drive motor-reducer, refrigeration units, a system for alcohol supply to the reaction mixture container, one reaction mixture container. The reaction mixture container is made with a mirror surface of the inner wall, with a heat-insulating jacket, with a hinged lid with holes for the mixer shaft, an output contact sensor of the temperature measuring instrument and a pH meter-millivoltmeter with a temperature compensator; is equipped with a two-level, top-driven, two-level blade mixer. The mixer consists of a funnel, a hollow tube, four blades, two hollow perforated loop-like distributor tubes of the introduced ethyl alcohol with 16 holes. The blades are equipped with a device for moving and fixation by height, with a geared motor with a mixer rotation speed regulator. The container is equipped with a fitting with a tap for product unloading, an output contact sensor of the temperature measuring instrument and a pH meter-millivoltmeter with a temperature compensator. At that, all elements are mounted on a frame with wheel bearings. The system for alcohol supply to the reactor vessel includes: a pressure vessel, a freezing chamber with holes with a plug on the side wall for pipeline mounting, a silicone pipeline with a polyethylene tip with heat insulation from foamed polypropylene, a cylinder with a reducer for nitrogen, a pneumatic line equipped with a filter holder for the filter and a polytetrafluoroethylene filter.

EFFECT: invention provides smooth adjustment of mixer rotation speed, which ensures efficient, non-foaming mixing of the entire volume of product with different amounts in the container, the ability to maintain the rate of feeding of the entire volume of cooled ethyl alcohol into the container with the reaction mixture under conditions that exclude mechanical impurities entry into the product and exposure to atmospheric oxygen, maximum isolation of the reaction mixture and the components used from of negative environmental factors, increased yield, reduced residual ethyl alcohol content in the final product, glass parts elimination from the device, installation mobility, ease of device movement in the areas where the hardware and process line is located.
