SUBSTANCE: described are magnetic nanoparticles, surface of which is functionalised by pyrocatechol, and structures containing a plurality of said nanoparticles encapsulated in a biologically compatible polymer matrix, in which molecules of substance having therapeutic action are optionally dispersed, wherein said polymer matrix, in its turn, is optionally additionally functionalised.

EFFECT: described are immune system cells carrying said polymer structures, opening the possibility of their engineering.
