FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing extracts of vegetable raw stick and beekeeping products. Proposed method comprises cooling initial stock, its mincing, mixing with extragent, extraction and subsequent cooling and filtration. For extraction, mix of initial stock with extragent are placed in tight container arranged in working chamber of extractor. Then, ultrasound extraction is carried out in cavitation conditions for 20-40 min at 0.3-1.85 MPa. Ultrasound source is located outside of said container.
EFFECT: simplified extraction.
