FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological industry, in particular to a method of producing a gamma-globulin semi-product from slaughter blood of cattle. Method of producing a gamma-globulin semi-product from slaughter blood of cattle by chemical reagents, wherein the raw material used is slaughter blood in the place of its preparation and separation in the meat-packing plant conditions, and plasma samples as they are manufactured are placed in saturated 100 % of saturation or 4.05 M solution of ammonium sulphate with 0.75 % didecyldimethylammonium chloride, in ratio solution: plasma 1:1.5 by volume, to concentration of 40 % of saturation of ammonium sulphate and 0.3 % of didecyldimethylammonium chloride, formed suspension is centrifuged so that a gamma-globulin fraction precipitate is obtained, dry ammonium sulphate powder is added to the formed supernatant while stirring to obtain a final concentration of ammonium sulphate of 75 % of saturation, and pH is adjusted to 4.6, suspension is mixed and centrifuged, precipitating the albumin fraction, remaining after sedimentation of albumin fraction supernatant is used for resuspension of gamma-globulin residue, final concentration of ammonium sulphate in the gamma-globulin suspension is not less than 60 % of saturation and not less than 0.27 % of didecyldimethylammonium chloride.
EFFECT: said method enables to obtain a gamma-globulin semi-product which is stored for 180 days at room temperature while preserving its properties.
