FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: elastomer composition is obtained, comprising an emulsion containing 25-30 wt % acrylonitrile, 62-71 wt % of butadiene and 8.4 wt % of unsaturated carboxylic acid, a reactive vinyl compound and a dispersing agent. At that, a part of the unsaturated carboxylic acid terminal groups forms a crosslink through covalent bonds in the polymerization process, and the remaining terminal groups are unreacted. In this case, the Mooney viscosity (ML(1+4)(100°C)) of the elastomer composition is 100-220, the film swelling degree by weight is 200-400%.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain thin film gloves containing no sulfur as a crosslinking agent and sulfur compound as a vulcanization accelerator, with high elongation to break and tensile strength.
