SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for gloves dipping, a glove production method and a glove. Composition for glove forming by dipping method comprises at least an elastomer which contains a structural link derived from (meth)acrylonitrile, a structural link derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and a structural link made from butadiene in the polymer backbone chain, polycarbodiimide, zinc oxide and / or aluminum complex, water and at least one pH modifier selected from the ammonium compound and amine compound. In the composition, said elastomer comprises said structural link obtained from acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile in amount of 20 to 40 wt%, said structural link derived from the unsaturated carboxylic acid, in amount of 1 to 10 wt% and said structural link derived from butadiene in amount of 50 to 75 wt%, said polycarbodiimide contains at least one polycarbodiimide containing a hydrophilic segment in its molecular structure, said polycarbodiimide has an average degree of polymerisation of 3.8 or higher and a carbodiimide equivalent of 260 to 600 and is added in amount of 0.1 to 4.0 % by weight relative to the total dry substance content in said glove forming composition by dipping, zinc oxide and / or said aluminum complex are added in amount of 0.1 to 5.6 % by weight relative to total content of dry substance in said composition for gloves dipping, and said composition for gloves dipping has pH from 9.0 up to 11.5.
