FIELD: molding.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to compositions for molding by dipping, a method for manufacturing a glove, and a glove. The composition for molding by dipping contains at least following components: elastomer that contains a structural link obtained from (meth)acrylonitrile, a structural link obtained from unsaturated carboxylic acid, and a structural link obtained from butadiene, in the main chain of polymer, polycarbodiimide, alkali metal hydroxide and water. In this case, alkali metal hydroxide is potassium hydroxide, elastomer contains the structural link obtained from (meth)acrylonitrile in the amount from 20 to 40% by weight, the structural link obtained from unsaturated carboxylic acid in the amount from 1 to 10% by weight, and the structural link obtained from butadiene in the amount from 50 to 75% by weight. Polycarbodiimide contains at least one polycarbodiimide containing a hydrophilic segment in its molecular structure, and it is added in the amount exceeding 0.2% by weight, but amounting to 4.0% by weight or less relatively to the total dry matter content in the composition for molding by dipping, while polycarbodiimide has a core/shell structure in the composition for molding by dipping, a number of carbodiimide functional groups is 5 or more per polycarbodiimide molecule, or, alternatively, carbodiimide has a polycarbodiimide equivalent lying in the range from 260 to 440. The molecular weight of polycarbodiimide ranges from 500 to 5,000 per the average molecular weight, micelles formed from polycarbodiimide have an average particle size from 5 to 30 nm, and the composition for molding by dipping has pH from 9.5 to 10.5. A method for manufacturing a glove, and a glove having a total potassium and calcium content of 1.15% by weight or less are also described.
