FIELD: clothes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making a glove, wherein said method comprising: (1) a step of immersing the glove form into a liquid coagulant containing calcium ions, such that said coagulant can adhere to said glove form; (2) a step of adjusting pH to 9 or higher using an ammonium compound or an amine compound and leaving an emulsion composition for making gloves which has the composition described below, while stirring; (3) a dipping stage, on which said glove form is immersed, to which on said step (1) said coagulant is adhered, into said emulsion composition for making gloves; (4) a gelation step, on which said glove form is left, to which said emulsion composition for making gloves is adhered, at such temperature for such period, which satisfy the following conditions: temperature and period, which enable said calcium ions contained in said coagulant to penetrate into the elastomer contained in said emulsion composition for making gloves, and thereby cause gelation, without causing reverse conversion of ammonium salts of said elastomer contained in said emulsion composition for making gloves into carboxyl groups and without causing the opening of a hydrophilic segment of polycarbodiimide; (5) a leaching stage, wherein impurities are removed from a precursor of the cured film formed on said glove form; (6) a flanging step, at which after the said leaching step, the cup-like section of the obtained glove is unwound; (7) a pre-curing step of heating and drying said cured film precursor after said flanging step; and (8) a curing step of heating said precursor of the cured film to obtain a cured film, wherein said heating is performed at such temperature during such period, which are sufficient, that said ammonium salts of said elastomer again turned into carboxyl groups, carbodiimide groups of said polycarbodiimide are opened, and said carboxyl groups of said elastomer are reacted with said carbodiimide groups, wherein steps (3) - (8) are performed in said order, wherein said emulsion composition for making gloves contains at least: elastomer, which contains structural link obtained from acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile, a structural link derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and a structural link derived from butadiene, in a polymer backbone chain; polycarbodiimide; water; and at least one pH modifier selected from an ammonium compound and an amine compound, wherein said elastomer has a Mooney viscosity (ML(1 + 4) (100 °C)) of 80 units or higher and 220 or less, said elastomer comprises said structural link, obtained from acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile, in amount of 20 to 40 wt. %, said structural link derived from unsaturated carboxylic acid in amount of 1 to 10 wt. %, and said structural link derived from butadiene, in amount of 50 to 75 wt. %, and said polycarbodiimide contains at least one polycarbodiimide containing a hydrophilic segment in its molecular structure.

EFFECT: invention discloses a method of making gloves, a glove and an emulsion composition for making gloves.
