FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and medical technology and can be used for therapeutic mechanical action on the patient's body, namely for the hydromassage of the spine and the cervical muscles and ligaments in the absence of direct contact of his body with the working fluid. Hydro-massage non-contact bath contains a container for storing the working fluid, hermetically sealed top with a thin elastic waterproof membrane with air-release valve and installed on a metal frame equipped with two pairs of height-adjustable supports, hollow fiberglass casing, covering the outside of the metal frame, with ventilation grilles, electric fan and a radiator installed in the unit compartment opposite one of the ventilation grilles, control unit, connected by a cable with a remote control panel, electric heater of working fluid and its temperature sensor, built into the wall of the bath, circulating and hydromassage pumps installed in the aggregate compartment of the bath. Bath also has a pressure channel connected via a hydromassage pump and a water filter to the outlet water inlet of the bath, a cooling channel, input of which is also connected to the outlet of the bath, and its outlet through the circulation pump and the water radiator is connected to the bath filler opening, the drainage channel, whose outlet through the drain cock is connected to the sewerage. Bath is equipped with a control unit connected via a cable with a remote control panel, wherein, input of the control unit is connected to the output of the fluid temperature sensor, and outputs are connected to the electrical inputs of the circulation and massage pump, the heater of the working fluid, the sounder and the fan. Bath also contains a carriage mounted on the bottom of the bath and on which these nozzles are placed, electric drive of carriage movement fixed on the side wall of the bath and through the first flexible kinematic connection connected to the carriage, electric drive of rotation of the two injectors connected to the outlet of the hydromassage pump, also fixed to the side wall of the bath and through the second flexible kinematic connection connected to the nozzles, the first and second Hall sensors, the semiconductor parts of which are attached to the outside of the wall of the bath, and common magnetic part to the carriage, a third Hall sensor whose semiconductor part is attached to the carriage, and magnetic part to one of the nozzles, the outputs of said Hall sensors and the electrical inputs of said electric drives being connected to the inputs and outputs of the control unit respectively, and the drainage channel inlet is connected to the bath outlet.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand therapeutic properties of the bath by operatively controlling the change in the trajectory of the massage jets from the nozzles along the patient's body.
