FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, more specifically - to devices of the therapeutic mechanical exposure on spinal column. A spinal massage and traction device comprises a hollow body, a working surface of which is presented in the form of a bed and provided with fixation elements, flexible couplings and a heating element, massage, contraction, advance, inclination assemblies built in the body, and an inclination sensor, as well as a program unit and a mounting frame. The bed is formed by fixed and movable sections. The fixed section comprises a long rectangular slot arranged according to the patient's spinal column position on the couch and covered from above with a wrapping. The movable section is configured to reciprocate longitudinally along guides. The massage assembly is configured as an upper trolley provided with massaging rollers and an electric vibrator. The advance assembly is configured as a lower trolley and provided with an electric drive. The contraction assembly is mounted on the lower trolley and configured as a lift mechanism pivotally connected to the upper trolley. The inclination assembly is provided with the electric drive, a first end of which is pivotally connected to the mounting frame. Outputs of the program unit is connected to an output of the inclination angle sensor, and its outputs - to the heating element, the electric vibrator and the electric drives of the advance and inclination assemblies. The inclination assembly and the inclination angle sensor are arranged under the body. The body is fastened on the mounting frame and provided with a pair of C-shaped supports rigidly coupled to each other by two upper bridges and one lower bridge pivotally connected to a second end of the electric drive of the inclination assembly. The advance assembly is also provided with a belt arranged on two pulleys and maintaining a flexible kinematic connection between the lower trolley and the electric drive of the given assembly. The lower trolley represents a frame with longitudinal and transversal sections and is provided with rollers mounted on C-cross section guides attached to the couch from below, as well as with travel stops consisting of a transverse arm rigidly connected thereto and two extreme position detectors, electrical outputs of which are connected to inputs of the program unit. The contraction assembly is configured as a four-bar hinged lever mechanism, some ends of all links of which are pivotally connected to the upper trolley, other ends of the first and second links of which are provided with the rollers mounted on sides of the lower trolley, while the other ends of the third and fourth links are pivotally connected to a back portion of the lower trolley. The contraction assembly is also provided with a height adjustment mechanism of the massaging rollers consisting of a screw attached onto a front portion of the lower trolley, a fork pivotally connected to the four-bar hinged lever mechanism and provided with a threaded portion engaged with the above screw, and a thrust shaft with a handle mounted on the body and engaged with the given fork. The movable section of the couch is provided with an advance stop, while the inclination angle sensor is configured as a Hall element integrated into the electric drive of the inclination assembly.
EFFECT: invention enables providing higher rigidity and stability of the device, and also ensuring the ease of use.
