FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has hollow body, which working surface is coach having slit in the area corresponding to vertebral column axis. Heat treatment unit is built in into the coach. Unit for stretching cervical and lumbar segments of vertebral column, massage cart, lift mechanism, platform and vibrator are mounted inside of the device body. Each unit has pull lever connected via flexible linking members to corresponding member for fastening patient body. The massage cart is set on guiding members and has mechanism for moving the massage cart. The lifting mechanism is mounted on the massage cart and has a transducer, showing platform raise level. The platform has massage rollers mounted in coach slit and is connected kinematically to the lift mechanism. The vibrator is mounted on the platform. The unit for stretching lumbar segments of vertebral column is manufactured as movable cart rigidly connected to corresponding pull lever. Unit for setting massage and vertebral column stretch mode is connected to the transducer showing platform raise level and inputs of electric vibrator drives, mechanism for moving the massage cart, lifting mechanism and heat treatment unit. The device has integral mechanism for stretching the vertebral column kinematically connected to units for stretching cervical and lumbar segments of vertebral column provided with stretching force transducer and warning unit giving signal of stretching force limit being reached, mechanism for setting orientation of massage rollers. The orientation mechanism has electric drive mounted on platform, cam fitted on its shaft and levers engageable with their one set of ends with the cam and the other set of ends are attached to axles of massage roller pairs. Remote control panel is adjustable in height and orientable in horizontal plane by placing it on external support mounted on device body end face. The unit for stretching cervical segment of vertebral column is designed as movable cart rigidly connected to corresponding pull lever and has calibrated spring and maximum cervical segment stretching force alarm. The pull levers of the units for stretching cervical and lumbar segments of vertebral column are mounted on opposite device body ends and manufactured as vertical posts having horizontal crossbars engageable with corresponding flexible links. The lifting mechanism has alarms signaling that platform lifting or sinking height limit is reached. The heat treatment unit is designed as plurality of thermal fabric strips of electric conducting polymer fibers arranged on both sides of the coach slit. The unit for setting massage modes and stretching the vertebral column is connected to outputs of stretching force transducer, of units for issuing signal indicating cervical and lumbar vertebral column segments stretching force limit being reached, of alarms signaling that platform lifting or sinking height limit being reached and to inputs of massage roller orientation mechanism electric drive and integral mechanism for stretching the vertebral column.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of massage treatment and vertebral column traction; improved operation safety conditions.
