FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and is intended for usage in vertebrology and neurosurgery in the treatment of the spine diseases and injuries. Liquid intervertebral disk endoprosthesis contains upper and lower axisymmetrically and oppositely located support plates with spear-like fixation elements on their outer surfaces from the transverse displacement relative to the vertebrae and an elastic support-centering element located between the plates. Elastic support-centering element consists of two multi-layer, for example two-layer elastic corrugated disk shaped diaphragms, connected together at the edges and forming a round flat sealed membrane box, which is filled with bioinert medical gel under excessive pressure, is installed coaxially with support plates and is attached by its flat ends to their internal surfaces. Fixation elements are parts of support plates bent at right angles to their outer support surfaces.
EFFECT: invention provides simplification of manipulations during installation, simplification of the design, the presence of elastic properties that are as close as possible to the elastic properties of the intervertebral disc, increase in the life of the endoprosthesis, reduce the duration of surgery and significantly reduce the duration of the postoperative recovery of the patient.
