SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Endoprosthesis of the vertebra with adjacent intervertebral disks contains the upper and lower axisymmetric and oppositely arranged support plates with spear-like fixation elements in the vertebral bodies formed on their outer surfaces and a support-centering element installed between them. Support-centering element has a glass, cylindrical corrugated elastic shell with annular collars at the ends and flat springs. Glass is made with a bottom in the form of a disc attached to the walls of a disc of alloplastic material with outer convex-spherical end. On inner side in the center of the lower support plate is a cylindrical spike with a concave end surface, forming spherical mobile connection with the convex end of the disk. Glass is placed inside the said shell, and the latter is connected to the outer generatrix of the cylindrical stud by one annular collar, and second - to the top of the glass. In the upper plate and in the bottom of the glass, radial slots are provided, located on the same circumference with the same circumferential pitch to secure the ends of the flat springs parallel to the axis of the glass. Cavity formed by the said shell and the outer walls of the cup is sealed and filled with a bioinert liquid with antifriction nanoparticles of unmodified carbon (fullerene), and cavity of a glass with flat springs is elastic bioinert silicone.

EFFECT: invention provides the motor functions inherent in the spine, simplification of manipulations associated with the installation, the exclusion of wear products from entering the tissues of the human body, and consequently, the absence of the need for their removal during audit operations, increase in the service life and a reduction in the duration of the surgical intervention.
