FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: interbody spine endoprosthesis contains two oppositely located supporting plates on one axis with sawtooth fixation elements in vertebral bodies on their outer surfaces and an elastic support-centering element installed between them. The inner surfaces of the supporting plates are provided with central cylindrical recesses for the supporting-centring element made as two poppet corrugated membranes with radial rectangular apertures and central holes that are coaxially attached to the supporting plates along the outer generatrix, supporting discs are installed in the holes on the supporting plates side and secured using hubs. In the membranes apertures flat springs are placed with a gap, perpendicularly attached to the discs by their ends. Springs and apertures are located with the same circumferential pitch and at the same distance from the supporting plates axis.
EFFECT: simplified installation and extended service life.
