FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Liquid-torsion endoprosthesis of the intervertebral disc contains the upper and lower axially symmetric and oppositely arranged support plates with the executed on their external surfaces sawtooth elements of fixation in vertebral bodies and elastic support-centering element installed between them. Inner surface of the upper support plate is provided at the edge with an annular shoulder. Support-centering element is made in the form of an elastic disc-pleated corrugated membrane with a central opening in the bottom part, framed by an annular collar, connected along the outer generatrix with the edge of the lower support plate. Stepped cylindrical finger attached to the collar by surface with smaller diameter is installed in the membrane opening. Outer end of the finger and the annular shoulder are provided with radial cuts arranged at the same angular distance, in which Z-shaped flat springs forming a plate-conical torsion are fixed at the ends. Sealed cavity formed by membrane and lower support plate is filled with a medical gel under excessive pressure.
EFFECT: invention provides simplification of design, the absence of wear products entering into the tissues of human body, and consequently, the need of their removal during auditing operations, simplification of unit manipulations, increased service life and reduced duration of the surgery.
