FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: magnetic flux sensor unit in a core comprises a core portion of the flux sensor and at least one elongated hole for receiving the conductor winding through the mentioned core portion of the flux sensor. Electric current flowing through the conductor winding creates a magnetic field around the conductor winding and causes the magnetic flux flow around the elongated hole. A plurality of sensor hole pairs are located relative to the elongated hole to prevent significant disruption of the magnetic flux flow and to detect the magnetic flux flow at various distances from the edge of the elongated hole. The conductor winding of the sensor is passed through each pair of sensor holes. Magnetic flux flow generates an electrical signal in each conductor winding of the sensor. This electrical signal in the particular conductor winding of the sensor corresponds to the magnetic flux flow at the location of the particular conductor winding of the sensor.
EFFECT: simplified measurement of magnetic flux.
