Essence of the invention consists in that the technical diagnosis and monitoring system further comprises at least one linear diagnostic point, at least one central diagnostic and monitoring station, at least one diagnostics and monitoring center and a network diagnostic and monitoring center.
EFFECT: high automation of the system.
