FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile means of monitoring, maintenance and repair of special railway rolling stock. The diagnostic repair complex contains a vehicle based on a car, in the back of which an autonomous power supply system, subsystems of measuring instruments, control and diagnostic devices, maintenance and repair devices, automated workstations of subsystems of measuring instruments, control and diagnostic devices, maintenance and repair devices are installed and secured, as well as mobile automated workstations, a device for automatic identification of rolling stock, a device for wireless reading of diagnostic information, a device for forming a digital twin, a satellite navigation device and a radio communication device connected to the on-board server of the monitoring and control subsystem. The radio communication device provides two-way data transfer between the diagnostic repair complex and an external remote server of the automatic control system.
EFFECT: improved reliability and accuracy of the diagnostic repair complex.
