SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a cartomizer for an electronic vaporizing device and an electronic vaporizing device. Cartomizer for the electronic vaporizing device comprises an outer housing; an annular reservoir in said outer housing, including an outer wall, a first end wall at a first end of the reservoir, a second end wall at the second end of the reservoir, and an air flow channel bounded by the reservoir and extending through its central portion; a liquid material disposed in a reservoir between its outer wall and the first and second end walls; and the heater surrounding the reservoir so that the outer wall of the reservoir is located between the liquid material and the heater, and operable to heat the reservoir to a temperature, sufficient for at least initially volatilize of the liquid material from the reservoir to form saturated vapor in the air flow channel, the heater being located between the outer housing and the outer wall of the reservoir. Electronic vaporizing device comprises a battery section including a first outer housing in which a battery is located; a cartomizer including a second outer housing in which a reservoir is located comprising an outer wall, the first end wall at the first end of the reservoir, the second end wall at the second end of the reservoir, and the air flow channel, a liquid material passing through this reservoir, disposed in a reservoir between its outer wall and the first and second end walls, and a heater surrounding the reservoir so that the outer wall of the reservoir is located between the liquid material and the heater, and operable to heat the reservoir to a temperature sufficient to at least initially volatilize the liquid material in the reservoir to form saturated vapor in the air flow channel, the heater being located between the outer housing and the outer wall of the reservoir; and a condensation chamber, located on the side of the outer end of the cartomizer.

EFFECT: technical result of claimed group of inventions is to create advanced electronic cigarette.
