FIELD: smoking accessories.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a first section of an electronic smoking article that is intended to be connected to a battery section of said electronic smoking article, comprising: a heating element, a liquid reservoir operable to store liquid material, a one-way valve between the liquid reservoir and the heating element and operable to seal an end of the section in fluid communication with the liquid reservoir, wherein the one-way valve is configured to allow one directional air flow towards a user's mouth during a draw on the electronic smoking article and prevent back flow of vapour produced during operation of the electronic smoking article.
EFFECT: technical result is to eliminate condensation in the battery section.
