FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: vehicle bridge system comprises of a suspension trailing arm (20) for connecting the half-axle casing (10) to the vehicle frame. The suspension trailing arm extends along the longitudinal direction (L) and comprises of a mounting portion (22) on the frame side of the mounting portion (24) on the side of the half-axle casing. The centre line (M24) of the mounting portion (24) on the side of the half-axle casing is displaced or offset by a distance (x) from the centre line (M22) of the mounting portion (22) on the frame side. Some regions of the suspension trailing arm (20) are made as a hollow profile. The suspension trailing arm (20) is characterized by the presence of an upper load-bearing part (42) and a lower load-bearing part (44). The upper load-bearing part (42) and/or lower load-bearing part (44) are/is characterized by mounting portion (24) on the side of the half-axle casing and mounting portion (s) (24) on the side of the half-axle casing is/are characterized by a wrapping angle (ϕ) of less than 180°.
EFFECT: creation of a vehicle bridge system that provides a flexible arrangement of the suspension trailing arm both on the vehicle frame and on the half-axle casing.
