Abstract RU 2647163 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, pulmonology and occupational pathology, and may be used to treat exacerbation of toxic-dust bronchitis in workers of the metallurgical and mining industry at the initial stage of rehabilitation. In the first five days of the rehabilitation phase, a preparatory short physiotherapy course is conducted daily. For this, ultrasonic inhalations are performed using 10 ml of a 0.01 % Miramistin solution at temperature of 35 °C for 10 minutes. Inhalations are carried out in the morning on an empty stomach or 40–60 minutes after eating. Immediately after inhalation, the patient in the supine position is paravertebrally on the right and left at the level of D3 – D9 Infrared laser radiation from the device stimulator laser scanning physiotherapeutic SLSF-03.2IK with an output power at the end of the fiber of 2 mW, a power flux density of 50 mW/cm2, frame No. 31–39 for 3 minutes on the field. 30 minutes after the laser therapy procedure, the focus of pathological changes in the projection of the lung root with drug electrophoresis is performed in the position of the patient on the abdomen. For this purpose, one of the two electrodes of the same size 10×15 cm is located on the right, the other left rear in the interscapular area. 0.01 % Miramistin solution is applied to one of the electrode pads and connected to the apparatus to the positive pole, and another indifferent electrode is attached to the negative pole. Electrophoresis is carried out from the Potok-1 apparatus with a constant electric current of 20 mA for 20 minutes. In the absence of development of a stress reaction, the main course of rehabilitation begins, including physiotherapy, balneotherapy, curative gymnastics and massage.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment in a sanatorium due to rapid relief of the aggravation of the underlying disease in the first days of admission to rehabilitation, prevention of exacerbation of the underlying disease at the beginning of the course of restorative treatment, and stimulation of the organism's adaptation to the subsequent balneophysiotherapy rehabilitation complex as a whole.
