SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of radio frequency microwave integrated circuits of microelectronics and solid state electronics. The technical result is to ensure high accuracy of the phase shift. The provided technical result is achieved by the fact that the phase shifter consists of a first differential amplifier, a second differential amplifier, a third differential amplifier, a switching matrix, an orthogonal RC network, a single-pole on-off switch and an active matching transformer that receives a one-way signal and converts it into a pair of differential signals. These two signals are sent to the two input ports of the first differential amplifier, which forms the waveform and gain compensation of the received signals and implements a 180-degree phase shift. Differential signals using a cascaded orthogonal RC network generate two pairs of orthogonal signals, which are cascaded to the second and third differential amplifiers. The SPDT switch selects the branches of the second and third differential amplifiers, realizing a phase shift of 90, 180 and 270 degrees.
