In case of their counter-orientation: pregnant women with a right lateral asymmetry profile and a left-sided location of placenta, as well as pregnant women with a left lateral asymmetry profile and a right-sided location of placenta, intravenous drip-feed of tocolytic drugs in conditions of dark therapy is carried out.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the number of premature births and to reduce the perinatal morbidity rate and fetal mortality.
