FIELD: gas production industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of combustion and gasification of solid fuels and is created to produce generating gas, including power or syngas, in the area of cogeneration of electric and thermal energy or polygeneration with additional production of SGF, methanol and other chemical products from the prepared low-grade solid fuel. Method for producing generating gas is carried out by dividing the process into three zones of combustion and separate air supply through these zones, gasification process being carried out autothermally under pressure from atmospheric to 3.0 MPa, and the air supplied to the third zone is mixed with steam. Gas generator of the reversed gasification process includes fuel tank 1, grate 11, system of separate air supply to all zones and consists of two blocks, the main one and offset one 14. Main unit includes a system for supplying air to the first combustion zone – fuel pyrolysis zone, lances 9 for collecting and discharging pyrolysis gases from the lower part of upper cylindrical channel 5, generator gas collection and exhaust lance 17 located at the bottom of the semi-coke gasification zone and ash channel 10, ending with grate 11. Offset unit is made in the form of a vessel consisting of combustion chamber 15 and convection chamber 16, as well as burner 18.
EFFECT: technical effect: an increase in the power of the gas generator and production of gas without resins, soot, hydrocarbons, phenols and other harmful substances with specified characteristics.
