SUBSTANCE: multilayered nanocomposite film is offered for packaging use. Packaging film has a thickness of 50 mcm or less, the film comprising a core layer that is disposed close to the outer layer, where the core layer, outer layer or core layer, and the outer layer is formed from polymer composition, the polymer composition comprising 70 to 99 % by weight of an ethylene polymer, 0.1 to 20 % by weight of nanoclay containing organic surface treating agent, and from 0.05 to 15 % by weight of a polyolefin compatibilizer that comprises an olefin component and a polar component, the organic surface treating agent includes quaternary onium.
EFFECT: technical effect: improved physical and mechanical properties of the film and products made of it.
