FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pressure metal treatment, namely to devices for manufacturing high-precision cylindrical shells. Device comprises a housing, a movable input support ring, designed with a possibility to rotate, and a stationary output support ring, spinning elements, a compression nut, a mandrel and a clamp, herewith the working surface of the input support ring is made convex, and the output support ring is concave. Moreover, the output support ring is made of hard alloy, and the input support ring and spinning elements of tool steel. Separator is made in the form of a sleeve and cantilevered on it according to the number of spinning elements of flat springs with grooves, the width and length of a groove is not more than 0.95 of the diameter of the spinning elements.
EFFECT: technological capabilities of the device are widened by increasing a radial movement of the spinning elements.
