FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotational drawing devices, which are designed to produce the complex shaped high-precision axisymmetric shells, for example, of hydraulic cylinders or high-pressure cylinders and small overall dimensions. Device comprises housing, movable input support ring, stationary output support ring, separator, pressing elements, micrometric nut, mandrel, interacting with the support ring clamp and sliders. Output support ring is made with the ability of axial movement, its contacting with the housing end surface has a conical portion with a taper angle of 15 to 45°. Between the output support ring and housing ends sliders in the form of sectors are installed, axially compressed by the annular spring and by the side ends contacting with the housing end on one side, and with the support output ring conical end face on the other side, and by the working surface is with the profiling device, which is mounted on the clamp body with the possibility of axial movement and fixation. In the clamp body a thrust block is installed, from one side contacting with the shell workpiece, and from the other side is with a thrust bearing.
EFFECT: enabling expansion of the device technological capabilities.
