FIELD: plastic metal working, namely spinning processes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing with micrometric nut; supporting ring mounted in housing with possibility of rotation; outlet stationary supporting ring; spinning members arranged between said rings; mandrel and holder. Working surfaces of inlet and outlet rings are curvilinear. Lines tangent to generatrices of said surfaces in point of contact with spinning member are parallel relative to rotation plane of spinning member - on inlet supporting ring and they are normal relative to rotation plane - on outlet supporting ring.
