SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in the training, factory and research laboratories. Device comprises a body, a passive specimen holder mounted on it, a rotor with the drive, a lever, active specimen holder, a platform linked through a crank-slider mechanism with the second drive, pushers and springs, active specimen holder is fixed on one of the lever ends so that their longitudinal axes coincide, radially arranged holes are formed in a rotor, slider-crank mechanism rod is made with the possibility to change its length, and each spring rests on one side on the rotor hole bottom, on the other - on a pusher made with the ability to move in a hole, and interaction with a lever, the rotor with the drive is mounted on the platform, and the second drive - on the bottom of the housing, and the rotor is provided with stops attached to its surface around the holes. The lever is made in the form of pipe, the flexible cable is put in with one end connected to the load, and the other - with the tooth wheel groove, which is connected with another tooth wheel having teeth at half-wheel, drive of the wheels and wheels are connected by keys and the axles with the frame, and a flexible wire is connected at one end to a tooth wheel, and the other - to the frame.
EFFECT: expanding functionality by fatigue sample test not only under bending but also under compression at the same time.
