SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data protection. Method of document with an irreversible encrypted digital signature authenticating provides for the receipt from the signer of the original information, control information and individualization data, conversion of the received information into digital form, generating of a digital signature on the basis of the received information and verifying of the said digital signature authenticity, wherein in the process of a digital signature generating, the source information, i.e. the text of the document to be signed, the biometric data of the signatory individualization, images of material carrier areas and their signatures and control information are sent to the signing server using the client application, which adds the individualization data, secret line and signing date and time to the original information, then embeds or adds control information at the standard secret position in the generated combined text, wherein the fragment / fragments of the combined text are encrypted and generates a digital signature representing a modified combined text irreversible signature.
EFFECT: technical result is in increasing security in the process of document certification with a digital signature.
