SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of protecting information and verifying authenticity of a document made on a solid data medium. Technical result is achieved by performing the steps of the method, at which: scanning, by the first user terminal, the graphic code of the NFC chip and reading the serial number of the NFC chip via an NFC channel, the obtained information is transmitted to a remote server, where, based on the obtained data, a digital signature object is created, after which the NFC label is placed on a solid data medium, further by means of a first user terminal: forming an image of a solid information medium, sending by means of a first terminal data to a remote server, where a digital signature file is formed, which is recorded into a previously created digital signature object with addition of the obtained image, as well as metadata, after that, the digital signature file from the remote server is transmitted to the first user terminal, recording the digital signature file in the ROM of the NFC chip via the NFC channel.

EFFECT: high counterfeit protection of documents on a physical medium.
