The method for certifying a document with a digital certificate of authenticity in a peer-to-peer corporate network contains the introduction of procedures for the formation of a digital certificate of authenticity in the ontological dependence of all stages of creation and subsequent modification of a digital document, checking the integrity and reliability of a digital document circulating in a peer-to-peer corporate network through a client program from a machine-readable resource available to each user of the corporate network, without using a signing server.
