FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in mining, food industry, water utilities, enterprises of the agroindustrial complex. Method comprises collecting a foam concentrate and applying it to a mobile carrier, followed by dewatering and removal of the dry concentrate. Foam concentrate is applied to the mobile carrier in an even layer, and dewatering is carried out with the carrier moving with the applied material and simultaneous exposure to it by air blowing and heating by the flue gas flow from the opposite sides of the mobile carrier. Line includes drier body (4), mobile carrier (2), device for removing the product from the carrier surface (8), discharger (9). Mobile carrier (2) is made in the form of a conveyor belt immersed in flotator (1) and equipped with air blowing (6) and temperature stabilization of flue gas (7) systems. Conveyor is located in dryer body (4) and is installed with a gap between shields (5) fixed in pairs on its inner side panels. Thickness of the foam concentrate on the conveyor is formed by adjustment plate (3).
EFFECT: inventions provide simplification and acceleration of the drying process of the foam concentrate while increasing the energy efficiency of dewatering.
