FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Disclosed is a flotation pulp spraying dryer comprising a housing with a spray chamber equipped with a nozzle, to which raw pulp and gas medium supply channels and a drying chamber are connected. Spraying nozzle is located near the hole in the spray chamber housing, made in the form of horizontally located pipe, on the outer side of which there are electric heaters. Pipe with heaters is inserted into housing of drying chamber – into flange of pipe end of larger diameter, which is isolated from outside with heat-insulating material, at the other end of the drying chamber there is an hole for steam-air mixture discharge in the upper part. In lower part there is hopper with shutters for powder removal.

EFFECT: invention simplifies design of dryer and increases efficiency of drying.
