SUBSTANCE: method comprises the following steps: placing the first grinding wheel (55) and the second grinding wheel (57) in the seat (53), where the grinding wheels form the grinding volume among themselves and are rotated relative to each other; introducing coffee beans into the grinding volume and grinding coffee beans by means of rotating the grinding wheels relative to each other. Rotation of the grinding wheels continues after grinding the coffee beans in order to remove in such a way the ground coffee from there by means of centrifugal force.
EFFECT: method of grinding coffee beans in the coffee machine is described.
