SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for the natural ventilation of buildings with cold cellars, for example for buildings with quartered heating. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed energy-saving ventilation system of the building contains a foundation provided with openings for passage of outside air with a grating, external and internal walls, floors, basement of the building, stairwell shaft, ventilation device installed on the roof, fan, flues communicating with the ventilation device on the roof of the building and the basement, equipped with fence grids, dividers, installed in the separation floors, and locking gates installed at the outlet of the flues in the basement, and the internal walls of the basement are equipped with doors and ventilation grilles, and the exhaust fan is installed in the wall opening separating the basement and the stairwell shaft.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the reliability and efficiency of the energy-saving building ventilation system.
