FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over the combustion engines. Result is achieved by determining of the angular position and the rotation speed for the first measuring point and the sensor second measuring point, determining at least one velocity gradient, in addition to the velocity gradient between the two measurement points in the previous step, approximating the actual rotational speed curve with respect to said angular position using a 2nd order polynomial function and calculating a predetermined rotational speed at a predetermined position, wherein this latter position is the future angular position of the crankshaft, by applying of a polynomial function in said predetermined future position.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of possibility to prevent any combustion, which drives the motor in the reverse direction of its rotation, in order to limit the tension between the two-section flywheel masses.
