FIELD: electronic adjustment of feed of fuel into internal combustion engine. SUBSTANCE: cycle rate of air at current time moment is computed before start of suction stroke of current working cycle in considered cylinder, change of position of butterfly throttle from this moment to chosen time moment with suction stroke in current working cycle and corresponding change of cyclic filling of cylinder with air are determined on basis of this prediction. Then value of expected cyclic filling of cylinder with air and value of cyclic feed of fuel during current working cycle are computed, required amount of fuel is found and element controlling feed of fuel is subjected to action in agreement with obtained result. Prediction of expected cyclic filling of cylinder with air is defined more exactly right after completion of suction stroke by determination of value of actual cyclic filling during current cycle and by its comparison with value computed on basis of prediction. Correction coefficient thus determined is used in all subsequent control cycles with similar starting conditions for correction of evaluation of cyclic filling employed for computation of feed of fuel. Proposed method of adjustment provides for reduction of time interval between last moment of reception of information on cyclic filling of cylinder with air and moment of its usage when control over feed of fuel is realized.
