SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrical load power supply device, for example an LED (light emitting diode). Result is achieved by the fact that the electrical load power supply device comprises rectifying unit configured to rectify the current on the output circuit of the SMPS; current limiting unit configured to limit the current at the output of the rectifier unit to a value equal to or less than a predetermined value; smoothing unit configured to supply electric power to the load by smoothing the current at the output of the current limiting unit; and buffer mode prevention unit configured to be installed between the output terminal of the rectifier unit and the input terminal of the current limiting unit and to prevent the rectifier unit from switching from the buffer mode when the current limiting unit is interrupted.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure the creation of an electrical load power supply that can extend the service life of the SMPS (impulse power supply) beyond the service life of the electrical load, for example, an LED component, even at a high ambient temperature caused by heat generated by an electric load LED.
