FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain conditioner that can be used in production of dry and moist grain feeds. Two-stage grain conditioner contains drive mounted on frame 1 rollers 6, 7 and 8, arranged with possibility of displacement and adjusting gaps relative to each other, feed hopper 2 with window 21 and adjusting flap 3, cleaning blades 10 and 12, installed under main 6 and lower 8 rollers. Plate with nozzles is mounted behind the cleaning knife of the lower roller. Under main roller 6 and between side 7 and bottom 8 rollers, curved guide plate 11 is installed. Wherein, centers of rotation of side 7 and lower 8 rollers for flattening are on straight lines, passing through the centers of rotation of side 7 and lower 8 rollers and through the center of rotation of main roller 6. Above lines form an angle α = 60⁰ + ₀, where 5⁰ ≤ ₀ ≤ 15⁰, and the guiding curved plate has curvature R_n = R + 1.5h₁ with a center coinciding with the center of rotation of the main roll, where R is the radius of the working cylindrical surfaces of the rollers for flattening, and h₁ – interval spacing of the first stage of flattening. Upper edge of guide curved plate 11 touches working surface of side roller 7 with clearance from the working surface of the main roller 6 h_in = 1.5h₁, and the lower edge of guiding curved plate 11 is as close as possible to the working surface of lower roller 8 and has clearance from the working surface of the main roll h_out = 2h_in = 3h₁.

EFFECT: conditioner improves productivity and stabilizes the process.
