FIELD: agricultural production.
SUBSTANCE: three-roll wet grain crusher is proposed, including a drive and kinematically connected main, upper and lower rollers mounted on a frame with the possibility of displacement relative to each other to adjust the gaps between them, a hopper with a feed roller and an adjustment valve installed in it, and cleaning knives. The grain crusher is also equipped with a conveyor belt in the interstage space with two bypass rollers, and the third roller is a drive and tension roller. To clean the surface of the main roller and to supply grain material from the first stage of the conditioner to the conveyor belt, a guide knife is installed, as well as for continuous supply of material from the belt to the second stage of the conditioner, a guide knife is installed. A curved pressure plate is installed between the bypass rollers under the conveyor belt to ensure that the belt is pressed against the main roller.
EFFECT: invention ensures reliability of the process of flattening wet grain, increases the productivity of the crusher and the quality of the finished product, and also reduces energy costs.
