FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the drying of dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. This is achieved in that in a spray dryer with counter-swirling flows containing a vertical chamber with a feed supply system with a heat transfer fluid and a hopper for discharging the dried particulate material, the feed supply system with the heat transfer fluid is made in the form of an axial inlet with a swirler, fairing, baffle and ejection nozzle, on which primary flow of heat-transfer medium and raw material flowing through acoustic nozzle is fed. Secondary flow of the heat transfer fluid enters through the inlet with the swirler, into which the feed is also supplied through an acoustic nozzle, the primary and secondary heat transfer fluid flows being preheated to the required temperature by the heaters installed on the main pipeline. Axial nozzle serves to discharge the spent heat transfer fluid, and the material to be dried can be supplied with the primary, secondary, and also with both streams of the heat transfer fluid simultaneously through the acoustic nozzles serving as a feeder. Acoustic nozzle contains housing with internal acoustic oscillation generator in form of nozzle and resonator, nozzles for supplying air and liquid. Acoustic oscillations generator is made in the form of a conical nozzle coaxial with housing and having an annular throttle opening with an external diameter dc formed by the cut of the nozzle and a resonator rod of diameter dst, and an annular cavity resonator of length h, formed by a resonator rod and a cylindrical cavity with an outer diameter dp in the fastening member. Cavity of the resonator is spaced apart from the cut of the nozzle at a distance b, and the air supply nozzle is perpendicular to the axis of the housing and is connected to an annular cavity, formed by the roller and the inner surface of the housing. On platen cage is fixed with throttling holes coaxial with ring throttle opening, and also resonator rod is coaxially fixed. Sprayed fluid is supplied through the branch pipe, located perpendicular to body axis, to annular cavity formed by casing and nozzle external surface. One end of casing is made solid and is connected to housing, and in other end, enclosing conical nozzle, throttling openings coaxial with ring throttle opening are made. From the side, opposite to resonant cavity, there is adjustment mechanism in form of hand wheel with packer mounted on free cylinder end. External diffuser is coaxially attached to the nozzle casing, and an inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the fastening element of the annular cavity resonator with the resonator rod in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in the same plane that is perpendicular to the axis of the cavity resonator. Additional flow diffuser, made in the form of a cylindrical shell, is coaxially attached to the external diffuser of the acoustic nozzle, on the end part of which, on the opposite side of the diffuser, a perforated plate is fixed.
