FIELD: poppet valves. SUBSTANCE: valve body has through hole which forms fluid medium channel, and wall which limits part of fluid medium channel. The channel determines axis coaxial with wall. Valve member is mounted in valve body for rotation. It has circular sealing surface which radius is equal to valve member radius. Valve member turns about its axis. Valve seat is positioned in valve body and is intended for tight contact with sealing surface of valve member. Valve seat is provided with sealing ring made of flexible plastic material. Elastomeric supporting ring is positioned in sealing ring recess. Supporting ring is of round cross-section, and its central line is formed by the first plane passing through center of supporting ring. Provision is also made for fastening facility to secure valve seat in valve body. The facility provides for sealing between disc and plate of valve. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 5 dwg
