FIELD: separation; mixing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of liquids. Nozzle for liquids spraying comprises a body, a fitting and a coaxially aligned swirl insert. Fitting is configured with an expanding channel for liquid supply to the cylindrical hole, which is axially symmetric to the body and smoothly passes into a shaped aperture coaxial with it made in the form of a diffuser. Cylindrical hole of the body accommodates cylindrical swirl insert, arranged axially symmetric with the body and having outer peripheral screw-like threaded channels. Central axial hole with screw thread on inner surface directed opposite to that thread of channels is arranged along the swirl insert axis. External screw-like threaded channels and the screw thread on the inner surface of the axial hole of said swirl insert are arranged at variable pitch. Swirl insert is made in the form of a set of coaxial cylindrical coil springs, or cylindrical coil springs with variable pitch, or in the form of a set of coaxial cylindrical coil springs, the direction of every following screw lines alternate. Fluid flow divider in the form of a conical flared end with at least one ejection opening on its surface is axially symmetrically attached to the hole in the form of a diffuser. On the opposite end of the flared end, a round grate disc is fixed perpendicular to the flared end axis to which a mesh cone is attached with a vertex located on the flared end axis and faced away from the hole in the form of a diffuser.

EFFECT: technical result: improving the quality of atomization of the liquid, the productivity of the nozzle, the reduction of hydraulic losses.
