FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: nozzle for spraying the liquid contains a body, a fitting and a co-axially inserted swirl insert. The nozzle has an expanding channel for supplying liquid to the cylindrical hole, which is axially symmetric to the body and smoothly passes into a coaxial with it shaped aperture made in the form of a diffuser, and in the cylindrical bore of the body, axially symmetric to it, a cylindrical vortex insert with external peripheral helical threaded channels. On the axis of the vortex insertion, a central axial aperture with a screw thread on the inner surface, opposite to the channel cutting direction, is formed. The vortex insert is installed in the housing through elastic gaskets and is pressed by the union by means of a threaded connection of the body-fitting. The perforated spherical dissector is fixed coaxially and axially symmetrically to the hole formed in the form of a diffuser. The diameter of the outlet of the diffuser is equal to the diameter of the spherical surface lying in the plane of conjugation of the exit aperture with a spherical dissector.

EFFECT: improved liquid spray quality, sprayer performance, and hydraulic losses reduction.
