FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solvent sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. Vortex sprayer comprises casing with screw arranged coaxially at casing top section, and union with fluid feed cylindrical bore communicated with diffuser axially symmetric with said casing and said union. Screw is pressed into the case to make cylindrical chamber above said screw and aligned with the diffuser and communicated therewith. Solid screw outer surface is composed of two connected surfaces, one of which is at least a single-threaded groove with a right or left thread and is located inside the housing, and the second smooth surface represents a body of revolution axisymmetrically connected with spraying disc located perpendicular to casing axis to extend beyond casing bottom end. Both straight line and n-order curve may make a generating line of the said surface, and the surface of the spraying disc protruding beyond the end face of the lower part of the housing is bent toward the lower part of the housing and has radial cuts on the peripheral portion alternating with a continuous portion of the surface of the spraying disc. Spraying disc is displaced along the axis of the atomizer downward from the smooth surface of the rotation body of the screw, connected to the helical surface of the screw by a value h, depending on the viscosity of the liquid being sprayed, and connected to the screw by means of a rod disposed axisymmetrically to the screw.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the spraying efficiency of liquid.
