FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of liquids. Atomizer comprises a housing, a fitting and a coaxially positioned insert-swirler with an external helical thread and an expanding conical opening inside. In the fitting a cylindrical inlet opening is made, connected to a diffuser, which is made axisymmetrically in the housing. In a lower part of the housing, a nozzle is arranged axisymmetrically to the housing, which is made by a two-stage and coaxial insert-swirler. First stage of the nozzle is a mixing chamber, which is made in the form of a confuser, in series connected to the expanding conical opening made inside the insert-swirler. Mixing chamber of the two-stage nozzle can be made cylindrical and in series connected to the expanding conical opening made inside the swirl insert. Second stage of the nozzle is a continuation of its first stage, made in the form of a diffuser. On the inner conical surface of the diffuser a screw-like thread is made. Dissector is attached to a diffuser cut, made of coaxially arranged perforated conical shells, external and internal, the space between them is filled with a fine-meshed grid. Apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the diffuser. Spherical perforated segment is fixed in a lower part of the dissector in such a way that the apex of an outer conical shell coincides with the center of the spherical surface of the perforated segment.
EFFECT: higher quality of spraying liquid, efficiency of the atomizer, reduced hydraulic losses.
