SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the multilayer sheet and to the foamed multilayer sheet. Multilayer sheet comprises at least the foaming agent-containing resin layer on the fibrous substrate, where the blowing agent-containing resin layer comprises the ethylene copolymer and the acid polymer based on the unsaturated carboxylic agent, which contains at least one unsaturated carboxylic acid as the monomeric component, which is selected from the group that consists of acrylic acids and methacrylic acids. In this case, the ethylene copolymer is at least one component, which is selected from the group that consists of ethylene copolymers with the ester α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and copolymers of ethylene with the vinyl ester of carboxylic acid.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the production of the multilayer sheet that is suitable for producing the foamed multilayer sheet, which has the improved surface strength.
